Hello busy bees, Ross attended at my house on Belmont Avenue for the regular scheduled service. He was courteous and thorough. I was very impressed that he took the initiative to fix a squeaking sound that has occurred every time the elevator is used, and has been doing so since it was installed 17 years ago. Others have tried and failed. Now I no longer have to tell my grandchildren that the sound is a friendly ghost who likes to ride with us! I have been in business, and the only time one hears from customers is when they have a complaint. This time it is praise for Ross!

Talk about perfection! Ross came by our home twice before installation to assess our situation and do measurements. We have 16 stairs separated by a landing so we needed 2 rails and 2 chairs. Ross did an amazing installation job and our 2 chairlifts work to perfection! We would give Ross 10 out of 10 for fine installation work and overall professionalism!
